Directions
Follow the signpost at Hotel Alpina (opposite the train station) towards "Alpenrösli." At the church, cross the street and follow the street directly beside the "Kirchplatz" bus stop upwards. Continue following the signs towards Alpenrösli mountain inn. Here you have the opportunity to combine the experience of the wonderful viewpoint with a refreshment at the mountain inn. At Alpenrösli, follow the signs through the forest downwards towards "Klosters" and later towards "In da Mura." The path, marked by trail signs, leads over a meadow and between houses. As soon as you reach the main road, follow the signs towards "Schlappintobel" and "Schlappin." The path leads down to Schlappinstrasse. Follow the road for a short distance until you reach a signpost with "Schlappin" written twice. To avoid following the road all the time, take the meadow path. This leads you to Schlappin. As soon as you see the lake, cross the bridge and you will reach the Walser settlement Schlappin.
Optional starting point: Klosters Dorf train station (always follow the signs towards Schlappin)
