Details

Description

The Kneipp trail starts at the church in Acletta. During a visit to the cool church, we get in the mood for the journey. Then we read the information board in front of the church, which gives information about Sebastian Kneipp. On the way, we will be informed on further information boards about refreshing or relaxing Kneipp treatments. We bathe our elbows in the cold well water, lie in the meadow to only hear and smell or we walk with bare feet over pine cones. Finally, we are facing a stream crossing, which is secured with a rope. A guaranteed tingling experience. We stay on the left side of the stream and turn to the viewpoint at Clavau Su, which gives us a beautiful panoramic view of the mountain and valley.

Geheimtipp

If you still feel fit enough, you can continue the tour to Caischavedra and attach the senda dils Laruns theme trail. The cable car takes you back to the valley.

Sicherheitshinweis

The Aclettabach carries a lot of water in early summer. Then it's better to cross the bridge.

Ausrüstung

Bring your bath towel

Directions

From the valley station of the cable car we hike uphill to Acletta to the church. This is where the Kneipp Trail begins. We follow the paved road a bit up to the junction. At the fountain we find the second panel. Now we follow the road to the right into Val Acletta, which shows up again immediately afterwards. Always uphill we hike up until we reach a junction again. We go straight out further and further into the valley. On the way are the information boards to the way. Before the end of the Kneipp path it has a bench on the left. Then cross first a small watercourse, afterwards we are at the stream where a rope is stretched for the Kneipp users On the other side of the stream we follow the hiking trail until we reach a hill. Now we turn right back into Val Acletta and cross the stream again. A few meters further we reach the road on which we came from Acletta. So we hike back to the valley station on the same path.
