Description
The starting point is at the famous UNESCO St. Johann Monastery. The starting point is easily accessible by public transportation. From there, walk to the left towards the Swiss border. At the Hotel Chavalatsch, follow the road to the right towards the Rombach. At the intersection, take the left turn and walk along the road to a wooden bridge; cross the wooden bridge and follow the path to a junction, where you keep right and follow the road to the large parking lot. At the large parking lot, there is a nice barbecue area (Plazzöl) directly on the Rombach, where you can relax with your family. After a restful break, return back over the wooden bridge, keep right, and follow the road to the tennis court (recommendation: a rich playground break at Camping Muglin).
The route is very leisurely and is suitable for a short walk. It is also well passable with a wheelchair and stroller.
