From Munter the hiking trail leads to the highest pilgrimage church in Europe. From Ziteil you climb further up to the Feil from where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Albula Valley. Along the ridge from the Feil over the Alp Stierva it goes down to Stierva.
The tour can also be done as a round trip and leads from Sur Coual back to Munter.
