Panorama – what exactly is that? And why does it have such an attraction for us mountain bikers? Here in Davos Klosters, we went on a quest – and found plenty of wide views as well as a never-ending trail.

Description
The route starts at Weissfluhjoch and initially leads over the rocky path to Strelapass. Then it goes into the singletrail through Schiawang, where cautious riding is necessary. On the right, it goes directly into the steep Schiatobel. Finally, you reach the avalanche barriers, from where a sensational view of the Landwassertal is possible. The singletrail continues along the elevation past the Parsennhütte to the mountain station of the Gotschnabahn. Now it gets challenging: The trail over the Gotschnagrat to Schwarzseealp is at times technical and tricky, but easily manageable for experienced riders. Once this section is done, it becomes flowing: a world-class trail leads to Gotschnaboden and from there in the opposite direction to Wolfgangpass. Back to Davos you now go along the officially signposted mountain bike route.
Hidden Gem
