From Mathon, the hike starts to Piz Beverin, the local mountain of the Beverin Nature Park. Along the unpaved road you walk southwards to below Alp Tumpriv. The descent route leads over the 8 m high ladder, the Beverin Pintg and along the ascent route back to Mathon.
