4 km east of Sargans, near the Vita Parcours, is an idyllic place. Enjoy a walk in the Rheinau recreation area in Sargans / Mels, which is popular with locals. The walk takes us through the forest and along the Rhine dam. We enjoy the view of the Ellhorn , the Gonzen and the Pizol area.
