High-level path on the sunny side of the valley with beautiful views of the Samnaun valley. From Samnaun-Laret through Samnaun-Ravaisch to the ice rink and further to Samnaun Village.

Description
The starting point of this hike is at the western exit of Laret. The hiking trail leads towards Samnaun-Ravaisch past the two barns at Salatsch. Along the way you can enjoy views of the Samnaun valley. It continues over the Salaaser stream towards Ravaisch and through the village. At Hotel Homann, go straight across the stream. From there it goes gently downhill to the ice rink, where the umbrella bar invites you to relax. The last section leads from the ice rink towards Samnaun Village, where the winter hike ends.
Safety Note
The path is prepared after every snowfall. Please pay attention to the reports in the condition report. The route was rated under favorable weather conditions; current snow and weather conditions must be checked before starting.

Public Transport
- By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from Upper Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
- Further by PostAuto (from Scuol-Tarasp or Martina, cunfin) hourly to the PostAuto stop Samnaun-Compatsch, adventure pool
- In Samnaun, hourly service during the day with the Samnaun bus
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains). Then on H27 via Scuol and Martina to Vinadi. At the Vinadi junction to Samnaun (about 1 hour from the Vereina south portal)
- From the east: via the Inn valley road B180 via Landeck to Pfunds, Kajetansbrücke junction and via Spiss to Samnaun.
- From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders) on B180 to Pfunds, Kajetansbrücke junction and via Spiss to Samnaun.
Please note: When traveling to Samnaun, you need a valid travel document (passport, ID), as you will pass customs in Martina or Spissermühle.
Parking
Free parking in Samnaun-Laret, west at the village entrance.
