Description

The medium-difficulty trail leads us through the snow-covered landscape. On the way to Panüöl there is a resting bench, which is ideal for a break. Enjoy the view and the nature.

Geheimtipp

At the beginning of the tour, the mountain restaurant Prodalp invites you to a warm drink. Enjoy the view of our local mountain, the Spitzmeilen. The Spitzmeilen is known for its imposing shape and has a height of 2,501 meters above sea level.

Ausrüstung

Normal snow sports equipment incl. snowshoes and possibly poles.

Snowshoes can be rented at Intersport am Flumserberg.

Directions

So that we get to the beginning of the snowshoe trail, we drive to Tannenheim. In the Tannenheim there are enough parking spaces (for a fee). On the other side of the road we can already see the Prodalp-Express gondola lift, which takes us comfortably to Prodalp. The signposted trail starts on the Prodalp and leads first over the Prodalp plateau and then climbs continuously towards Panüöl. After Rotenberg we follow the winter hiking trail for a short section and then turn right and follow the markings towards Panüöl.
