Details
Description
The first height meters on this rather short ski tour can be comfortably mastered by the chairlift from Sarn. Upon arrival at the mid-station, head southwest across the wide slopes and hilly landscape toward Parsiras and then to Porteiner Alp. Then over the ridge to the summit. A visit to the Parsiras mountain inn during the descent is worthwhile for enjoying culinary delicacies. The Heinzenberg is very suitable for ski touring beginners who have completed their initial ski touring training. The terrain is mostly hilly and flat with only rare steep slopes. Nevertheless, all relevant preparations must be made, and all safety aspects observed. After the short route, alpine skiing in the ski area Sarn or Tschappina is recommended.
Hidden Gem
During the descent, a stop at the Parsiras mountain inn is worthwhile, where you can be pampered with regional delicacies.
