Description

The hike starts at the Tannenboden valley station. The sign in the direction of Chrüz leads you to the right past the Kinderland along the piste until the winter hiking trail turns left. After a short climb, continue to the right at the first fork. The winter hiking trail leads through the snow-covered forest. Views of the snow-covered winter landscape open up again and again. At the second fork, turn left towards Chrüz. Before you reach the Chrüz restaurant and are rewarded with a wonderful view, there is another short, steep climb.

Warm up after the hike in the mountain restaurant Chrüz and enjoy the view.

Normal winter hiking equipment, sturdy shoes.

Directions

After the valley station of the BergJet gondola lift, you cross the children's area and the ski slope. Pay attention to the skiers who come from the right on the slopes. Take the wide walk that goes under the FLOOMZER. At the first fork in the forest you turn right, before the second junction you cross the ski slope again. After about 500 m you take the path left towards Chrüz.

Arrival by train to Unterterzen and up by cable car Unterterzen - Tannenboden

Daily from Zurich with the S25 to Ziegelbrücke, with change to the S4 to Unterterzen

Daily from St. Gallen with the S4 directly to Unterterzen

Daily from Zurich and Chur with the RE to Walenstadt, with change to bus 444 to Unterterzen

From Unterterzen, the 8-seater gondola lift takes you directly to the Flumserberg to the Tannenboden SeeJet valley station.

Arrival by train to Flums and Postbus to Flumserberg Tannenboden

Daily to Flums or Sargans, continue by bus 441 direction Flumserberg to the stop Tannenboden, cable car.

Anreise Information

Motorway exit Flums/Flumserberg, follow the main road towards Flumserberg Tannenboden.

Parking

Public parking available at the Tannenboden.

Parking is available from 07.00 to 17.00. From 17.00 to 02.00 we are allowed to leave the car for free.

After 02.00 to 07.00 a.m. there is a night parking ban. There are plenty of night parking spaces in the Tannenboden multi-storey car park or in the Tannenheim.

The night car park can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
