Description
Easy and beautiful hike from Tarasp Fontana past the 1000-year-old Tarasp Castle down to Vulpera. From Vulpera, the hike continues to Scuol, Gurlaina. The route can also partly be used as a toboggan run.

Directions
Past Tarasp Castle through the hamlet of Sparsels. Then slight ascent, followed by a gentle descent to Vulpera and Gurlaina. Some steeper sections. Part of the path is a toboggan run.

- By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from the Upper Engadin), hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
- By PostBus (from Martina, Sent, Ftan or Tarasp), hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
- Then by PostBus to the PostBus stop Tarasp, Fontana
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on road H27
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on road H27
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on road H27
- Take the Tarasp Vulpera exit from the Engadin road (H27)
