Thusis - Bofel - Viamala Besucherzentrum

The hike starts at the train station in Thusis. Continue via Kreisel Thusis Süd to Restaurant Beverin. The trail leads to the right towards Übernolla. After approx. 250 m turn left (opposite the Forstwerkhof). At the culmination point, the path continues along the road to Oberrongellen. At the hairpin bend, follow the path straight ahead along the dirt road, through the Aclatobel via Colra to the cantonal road. The direct route to the Viamala Visitor Centre leads to the right through the Trögli tunnel. As an alternative, you can also take the path to the left. Then walk about 200 m to the north and turn right from the signpost «viaSpluga» & «transviamala» over the road down to the Rhine bridge. After the bridge, turn right to Nesslaboda and take the narrow path over the Geländerippe (directly opposite the Trögli Gallery A13) to the Viamala Visitor Centre.
