The cross-country ski trail between Fuldera and Tschierv winds gently with a pleasant incline alternately through fir and larch forests along the picturesque Rombach.
Details
Description
Val Müstair lies in the southeasternmost corner of Graubünden and stretches between the Ofen Pass and the Italian Vinschgau. The demanding valley trail starts in Valchava. At Fuldera, the track leads through the forest and then continues across the plain of Palüds. Always along the picturesque Rombach, it goes on to Tschierv. Access is possible from Valchava, Fuldera, and Tschierv. The Tour de Ski, a multi-day cross-country skiing competition, regularly visits Val Müstair. For the particularly hardy, the “Tour de Ski” trail culminates in Tschierv with the highlight of a perfect cross-country skiing day. The trail here is especially steep and challenging.
