Val Sinestra Circuit

This impressive gravel tour combines wide river landscapes with pristine mountain nature. From Scuol, we first roll along the Inn riverbed in a relaxed manner, before after about ten kilometers the real highlight begins: the ascent into the secluded Val Sinestra.

Via Ramosch and Vnà, the route winds steadily higher into the valley. The landscape becomes quieter, the air clearer, the nature more pristine. At the very back of the valley, we turn around – a place of peace where one can intensely feel the seclusion of the mountains.

About 1000 meters of elevation must be worked for, but the reward follows on the way back: on the right side of the valley, magnificent views open up over the Engadin mountain world. Finally, we reach Sent and thus again the relaxed liveliness of the Lower Engadin. From here, it is only a short, enjoyable conclusion back to Scuol.
