Description

By PostBus you regularly reach the small village of Vnà from Ramosch. First, you cross the whole village and then go down to Sinestra. 

Hidden Gem

The village museum Vnà and the "dicziunari rumantsch" – a walkable dictionary – make a village tour an experience. On small signs attached to the houses in Vnà, expressions in four languages (Romansh, Italian, German, English) can be compared.


Upon arriving in Sinestra, the suspension bridge path to Zuort and back to Vnà can also be followed.

Directions

From the PostBus stop "Vnà, Jalmèr" you first cross the whole village 


At the end of the village, the path leads flat towards Prà San Peider/Zuort 


At the first junction, follow the path down towards Val Sinestra 


Continue following the path down until you reach the Brancla 


You are now in Val Sinestra


Here you can take the PostBus to Sent and Scuol

  • By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or Upper Engadin) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp 

  • By PostBus from Scuol station to Ramosch, Fermada 

  • In Ramosch, Fermada change and continue to Vnà, Jalmèr

Travel Information


  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadin on H27

  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards St. Moritz on H27

  • From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofen Pass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27


Ramosch is located directly on the Engadine road H27. From Ramosch, Vnà is reachable in 5 minutes by car.
