Ski Resort Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia

Show all 4 images

The extensive snow sports destination of Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia has a lot to offer with 16 lifts and 120 kilometres of pistes. For example, the attractive area around the Stein has recently been made accessible with two comfortable 4-seater and 6-seater chair lifts. This means that winter sports enthusiasts can reach the top of the mountain from Misanenga via Untermatt in no time at all. There you will find varied, well-prepared slopes in all expositions; a unique, fully technically snowed-in ski area between Obersaxen Meierhof in the north and Vella in the Val Lumnezia in the south; sun-drenched slopes on one side, super wide and demanding slopes on the other, a paradise for experts and beginners; unique panoramic views from the four peaks Piz Mundaun, Hitzeggen, Stein and Sezner; modern restaurants and traditional mountain huts with cosy sun terraces for short or longer breaks.
The newly opened summit restaurant Sezner at 2310 m shows the perfect mixture of modernity and tradition, built with local wood and stone! The snow sports area Obersaxen Mundaun Lumnezia was awarded by the ADAC in the category Small & Fine: «These places manage a perfect balancing act between a varied winter sports offer and a cosy holiday resort.»
