Butcher's shop Chiesa

The Chiesa butcher's shop offers a wide range of fresh meat (biscuits, minced meat, ragout, sausages, charcuterie and much more).
The salametti made from venison or with chestnuts, mountain herbs and nuts and matured in the cantina are particularly popular.

During the hunting season in the fall, you can also find fresh game meat at Macelleria Chiesa.

Most of the meat (except pork) comes from farmers in the region and the animals are slaughtered in their own abattoir. Some of the meat is given back to the farmers for their own use, while the rest is sold in the store.
