The traditional distillery Destillaria Candinas in Surrein is already in its 6th generation.

Only natural raw materials from the region are used for the products, which are processed according to our own recipes.


In addition to the small boiler, which is fired with wood, a second firing port was installed in 2003.

Customers can bring their own fruit and the Destillaria Candina processes and then refines it into schnapps at their request. Own products are also marketed directly from the farm. A specialty is the Enzia distillate, which is produced according to an old recipe.

Special are the schnapps with self-collected herbs from the Alps of the region. All products are manufactured without the use of flavourings.
