**Jacques Guidon (1931-2021) is the spiritus rector of this place.** During his lifetime, he was a Rhaeto-Romanic veteran, teacher, theatre-maker, and critical spirit who helped shape the present and future of the Engadin and the canton with his eloquence and as a master of color. His entire estate can be visited and purchased here. Large-format acrylic and oil paintings, small-format watercolors, and provocative figuras in ink as well as aphorisms, poetry, and caricatures.
