The Obere Au fitness center also includes the indoor and outdoor pools - what more could you want?

Description

The gym at Obere Au sports facilities is one of a kind in the area, as the entrance fee also includes entry to the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the Aquamarine warm water experience pool! And even with that combined offer, the entrance is lower than at many other places. So you can warm up swimming a few lengths in the pool, then go off to the gym to pump some irons and then enjoy the relaxing massage jets in Aquamarine to round off the workout. The gym is open daily except Easter, Christmas, New Year and during maintenance. It also has convenient opening times on weekends.

Stamina
For your stamina training there is some highly modern cardio equipment produced by Precor. Treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, cross trainers, step machines, arm and core machines etc. The equipment makes for a varied and versatile cardio workout.

Strength
Use the modern weights equipment for your strength workout. Leg/arm/shoulder press, abductor and adductor machines, leg/arm curl, rope pull machines, multipress as well as barbells and dumbbells. Set your own weights and increase resistance step by step to achieve optimal results.
