A refined, regional cuisine is the signature of our chef. We focus on fresh, seasonal produce and food. Every evening we pamper you with a 4-course menu. You'll find classics like Chateaubriand on our menu as well as delicious Grisons specialties.

The international train connections take you to Chur. Take the post bus and get off at Falera Parcadi station. A few steps away is Hotel La Siala. The same applies if you arrive in Ilanz by Rhaetian Railway.
