Schlittelbahn Schrina

A special winter experience awaits you on the approximately 2 km long Schrina toboggan run on Walenstadtberg. From Schrina Hochrugg (1,289 m above sea level), you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the Sargans region as you descend to the rehabilitation center (967 m above sea level).

The toboggan run is an insider tip for families, nature lovers, and those seeking peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle. The starting point can only be reached on foot. A short winter walk leads to the starting point at the cozy “Rugg-Beizli,” ideal for refreshments before or after the ride.

Getting there
The best way to get to the Schrina toboggan run is by public transport, as there are only a few parking spaces available directly in front of the toboggan run in Saniwald.

Important: The parking spaces at the rehabilitation center are reserved exclusively for patients, visitors, and employees of the rehabilitation center. We therefore recommend taking the bus from Walenstadt train station, where there are plenty of parking spaces available.
