In the spa park of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, there are impressive sequoia trees. These trees are known for their strong energy, which visitors can feel and absorb. One tree has uplifting, the other has depleting energy qualities.

The Splügen natural ice rink is located at 1,460 metres above sea level. It is open daily from around mid-December to the beginning of March, depending on the temperature.

The Plazza area is part of the largest cultivated chestnut grove in Europe. In October, some cascine (drying houses) are in operation and used for drying the chestnuts.

The barbecue area is located on the Ansaina waterway in the forest of Alvaneu Bad and can also be reached from the village in a few minutes. Just opposite the barbecue area is a playground. The Albula flows next door and only a short hike away is the Schaftobelfall and also the Crap Furò is about 1.15 hours walk away. The Crap Furò is the geographical centre of Graubünden - see Path of the Pioneers.
