The existing Sogn Gudegn chapel was built in 1648 and consecrated with an altar on May 16, 1649. It stands on the lower edge of the village on the road towards Degen.

The modern small aerial cable car takes you to a beautiful hiking area at 1700 m above sea level. On the sun terrace of the Sassauna mountain restaurant (Mondays and Tuesdays during the winter season are closed, in summer only Mondays) you can enjoy the panorama in peace and quiet with a fine platter.
