The Gsponbachfall in the Murgtal impresses with a height of 75 meters and its wild nature. It can be reached on foot from Murg station in about three hours. A visit can ideally be combined with the Murgsee circular tour.

"Scatlè" means something like "nested", the spruce forest is really nested with steep rock ledges, boulder debris fields and avalanche trains.
Between 1850 m and 2015 m above sea level, the 150 to 300 metre wide strip of forest stretches. The reserve, which covers about 5.5 hectares, is the highest primeval spruce forest in Europe.
