Notes

• The choice of menus can be made directly on site. However, please let us know in advance if you suffer from allergies or intolerances


• The tour can also be booked with non-motorised bicycles or your own e-bike/bike: reduced price


• Tour with children: from 14 years (with moped pass) or 16 years at adult price

Menu selection

Starter at the Seerestaurant zur Brauerei, Mühlehorn*

• Leaf salad bouquet with house dressing with:
  - Spring rolls
  - or fried shrimps
  - or pike-perch crispbread

Main course at Restaurant Flyhof, Weesen

• Baked beetroot falafel on couscous salad with vegetables, dates, roasted cashews, pomegranate seeds and oriental spices, topped with fresh mint and yoghurt


• Cheese burger with house sauce, alpine cheese, tomato, gherkin, lettuce leaves served with french fries


• Roasted corn-fed poulard breast with chips, colourful vegetables and hearty jus

Please note that seasonal adjustments are possible.

Dessert at Marina Walensee, Unterterzen

• 2 scoops of ice cream of your choice with cream


• Coffee affogato

* From 4. August to 27 September 2025, the starter (available from 11.30) will be taken at the Flyhof restaurant in Weesen.

• Carrot-ginger soup with lemon oil and chives


• Flyhof salad: Green leaf salads with carrots, beets, apple and seeds, served with our house dressing


• Lamb’s lettuce with egg and bread croutons in a French dressing
