DSHAMILJA als musikalische Hör-Reise

In the turmoil of the Second World War, three young people come together in faraway Kyrgyzstan to form a working group. With horse and cart, they drive heavy sacks of grain from the threshing floor of the kolkhoz to the railway station. Hard work, but all three have dreams and reveal deep personalities under the brave pragmatic functioning.

Soon, however, this crust of hard everyday life breaks open and individual fates and talents burst forth seethingly.

Richard Schnell draws the images of the story through his narration, and they can be experienced through the music of Fritz Nagel.

The reading takes place as part of the Alpine Convention's Reading Mountains Festival.
