18. Tourismus Trendforum - Veränderung in Tourismus und Freizeit

The annual Tourism Trend Forum (TTF) is organised by the Institute for Tourism and Leisure (ITF) at the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons and brings together cantonal and national players in the tourism and leisure industry.

The forum will focus on current, tourism-related topics on which the ITF conducts research and which are particularly important for the region. The aim of the TTF is to promote professional exchange, give new impetus and strengthen personal networks.

This year, the focus is on the topic of "Change in Tourism and Leisure".

The event is aimed at tourism service providers, employees of tourism organisations and general circles interested in tourism.

1:35 p.m.: Presentation "Expedition Tourism: Recognising Change & Shaping the Future" - Jan Mosedale, University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons

14:00 - 15:30: Break-out sessions on the topics:
"Understanding change"
What is the attitude of the population to tourism? Insights into tourism perception and acceptance

"Accompanying change"
How can stakeholders be involved in the future? Insight into the ongoing project "New Ways in Stakeholder Management"

"Shaping change"
How can new target groups be acquired? Future projects to diversify the target group in tourism.

15:30 - 16:00: Coffee break and networking
4:00 p.m.: Presentation "Strategic Foresight is not a nice-to-have" - Camille Zimmermann, Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute
4:25 p.m.: Closing panel with Jan Mosedale and Camille Zimmermann, among others
