Advents- und Weihnachtslieder

Every year again. Every year again beautiful, the familiar Advent and Christmas carols. The rich treasure of these songs includes very old pre-Reformation tunes, Paul Gerhardt's Christmas carols and melodies by composers of the Wetziker school. The songs of Gian Battista Fritschun from the 'Cudesch da Schlarigna' are part of the valuable and unmistakable cultural heritage in the Engadine.

Together we sing the most beautiful Advent and Christmas carols from the Reformed hymnal and from the Romansh Coral. Jürg Stocker accompanies on the organ. In between, interesting facts about the songs and texts for Advent and Christmas. The meeting point is on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. in the Reformed Church Plaz Samedan (main church in the center of the village). Duration until approx. 6:15 p.m. Entrance free. No previous vocal knowledge necessary. Everyone is cordially invited.
