Am Vorderrhein durch die Bergsturzarena - geführte Wanderung

Where the landslide masses of Flims and Tamins meet, the Anterior Rhine is the landscape-defining element. The formative power of water is impressive. Outcrops along the way provide information about the tectonic conditions next to the landslide masses. After the easy hike along the source Rhine, we visit the World Water Library in Reichenau Castle and listen to Ernst Bromeis' explanations about the worldwide importance of water. On the way to the train station, we observe the merger of the Anterior and Posterior Rhine, which then flow towards Lake Constance as the Alpine Rhine.
