On this evening, Michael Flepp tells how he discovered the chasm with the giant crystals 25 years ago and how they were able to recover them later. He briefly describes the search and finding of this great chasm. They worked on the large chasm for 4 years until, after careful planning and special tools, they were finally able to recover the sensitive crystals undamaged from daylight.
