Besichtigung mit Führung durchs Ortsmuseum Walenstadt

The local museum is dedicated to the history of Walenstadt. In addition to documents of the city, pictures of important personalities are also presented. The Sarganserland-Walensee traffic route and the use of Widenbach hydropower are vividly presented. Special exhibits are the original masks of the Gemeinderölli of Walenstadt and the wooden masks of Berschis. At 10.00 a.m. guided tour of the local museum, if interested with a city tour.
