The young witch Bibi (NALA) from Neustadt is excited: The big international witch congress is coming up on the Blocksberg – which only takes place every 13 years – and she is allowed to be there as a volunteer for the first time with her friends Schubia (Carla Demmin) and Flauipaui (Philomena Amari). But just when it comes to the future of the young witches, events come thick and fast and complete chaos reigns! The Neustadt Althexen suddenly behave like unpredictable teenagers and the young witches have their hands full not only to bring order to the mess they have caused, but also to fight for their right to co-determination.
