Baking bread is an old tradition and much more than just kneading water, flour and salt together. It brings joy, desire and gives the feeling of conviviality and harmony. Home-baked bread – wholesome and valuable. You are what you eat - and it doesn't matter what we eat.


We bake together.......

  • With 100% organic Graubünden flour
  • Various breads with wheat, rye and spelt flour
  • Braid
  • Something small for in between
  • And get to know the power and lightness of a good pre-dough

Out of conviction and for the sake of nature, people and animals, we have been managing our farm according to the organic guidelines of Bio-Suisse since 1996. Our motto: "We want to take care of nature, not rob it and thus ensure long-term survival. We love what we do!"

Duration approx. 4 hours.

Registration required up to 7 days in advance, minimum number of  participants 4 people, max. 8 people. 

Individual appointments possible on request from April to November.
