At Kunst-Café in Samedan an experienced barista teaches the fundamentals of coffee preparation. From bean selection and grind size to espresso extraction, you gain practical insights.

Hands-on with the espresso machine

Step by step you practise using the machine, adjusting the grinder and preparing different drinks. Latte art and milk frothing complete the course.

The course is aimed at beginners and coffee enthusiasts who want to prepare consistently good coffee at home and better understand quality and technique.
