Concerto Berner Motettenchor

The "Berner Motettenchor" is a 25-piece a cappella choir in Bern, with a repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to the contemporary. The "Berner Motettenchor" association was founded on June 18, 1975 and will celebrate its fiftieth anniversary this year 2025. A member of the choir committee is Mrs. Maja Bertossa Spillmann, who lives in Bern but often comes to Soazza where she runs a B&B with great care. In addition, every year it also organizes, during a week in autumn, a Yoga course.

The "Berner Motettenchor" will perform its concert in Soazza on Saturday, September 20 in the church of San Martino and will be accompanied by the wonderful sound of our famous organ.

The "Berner Motettenchor" celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and Soazza's concert is part of a series of performances that the choir will perform in various locations in Switzerland in this year of celebrations.

We flock in large numbers to witness and enjoy the harmonious notes of this extraordinary Choir.
