The music of Dreibettzimmer sounds like colorful wallpaper and smoky universal ribbon curtains of the late seventies suburban prefabricated building romanticism. As if moderated by a young Ilja Richter under a disco ball from the black-and-white television chest. A mixture of raw honesty, melancholic poetry and rebellious charm.

They write songs about love and relationships. About life and survival. They give a melody to what others call "failure" and turn it into the catchy tune that builds you up again. Their songs move between indie, punk rock and pop, between melancholy and new beginnings.
