We will meet at 9:30 AM at the stylish Aves Hotel Arosa, where we will start the day leisurely with a nice shared breakfast. Over croissants & coffee, we will clarify all facts and questions about ice bathing – and mentally prepare ourselves for the upcoming cold experience. Afterwards, you can expect a guided breathing session that prepares you physically and mentally for ice bathing. Clear mind, calm breath, strong focus – this way you will enter the lake fully present. Together with Ronja & Carmen, the founding members of Eisbadi Arosa and the minds behind Soulbase, we will then make our way to Eisbadi Arosa for the highlight: your ice bathing moment.
