The tour, which will impress you with the size of the mine and the work done in it, begins with a film that provides a lot of information about Gonzen and its history. Afterwards, equipped with helmet and tunnel lamp, you drive through the 2 km long base tunnel into the interior of the mountain. From the train station there, an approx. 2-hour tour leads through tunnels, over drives, galleries and brake mountains, past mining fields, silos, equipment to Gallery 5 - exactly 85 meters above the main station - and back down again.

The tour is suitable for ages 12 and up. Wear good shoes and take a jacket with you. The temperature is 13 degrees.
