Jazzfestival Sargans 2026: Seit 1986 im Takt - 40 Jahre Jubiläum

Since its founding in 1986, the Sargans Jazz Festival has become a permanent fixture in the cultural life of Eastern Switzerland and is now attracting attention far beyond the region. In 2026, we will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the festival, which will take place again in the picturesque old town of Sargans from 28 - 30 August 2026.
Since 2024, the festival has been led by a new organizing committee that relies on a proven concept. Under the motto "small but nice", the festival came back to the old town of Sargans after making guest appearances in various municipalities in Sarganserland in 2022.

The Sargans Jazz Festival offers a varied programme that has something for every taste - from Dixie lovers to fans of swing, blues, boogie-woogie, rock 'n' roll and bebop. We pride ourselves on presenting a wide range of musical styles and thus appealing to a wide audience.
