On 30.05.2026, the municipality of Val Müstair will celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Umbrail Pass together with the participating associations.
The construction of the Umbrail road in 1901 and its historical significance - including in the years 1914-1918 - make the Umbrail Pass a formative link between regions, cultures and people in the Alpine region.
The anniversary is also linked to the 200th anniversary of the Stelvio Pass road, which was celebrated last year.
