Khirki

Khirki is a metal trio from Athens, Greece. The name derives from the legendary sorceress
Circe (Κίρκη, pronounced [kírkɛː]) from Homer's Odyssey. For its characteristic sound, the
Band riff-based metal and heavy rock, inspired by bands like Mastodon, Opeth, Tool
and Kvelertak, with Greek and Anatolian folk music.
In 2024, they published their
second album, titled "Κυκεώνας", on which the band developed their sound and production by adding stronger tones,
added catchier choruses and daring instrumentation. The album was released
also very well received by the international press, received a
10/10 rating in Rock-Hard DE and was featured by Bandcamp Daily as an essential release
Now the band is back on a European tour and makes a stop at the Toms Beer Box in Chur. Get ready for a really cool evening.
