Kräuterwanderung/Workshop: Wildkräuter durchs Jahr - Sommerfülle

Summer - now nature is at its highest. The warm summer temperatures offer an abundance of plants that are in full bloom. We discover well-known, but also lesser-known herbs that thrive at this time of year. They possess a variety of healing and supportive powers that appeal to both the body and the mind. They are particularly valuable and tasty because they unfold their full power in the warm season.
On the way from Bonaduz - over the new Hinterrheinsteg - to Reichenau-Tamins (approx. 5 km) we roam through meadows and forests where aromatic summer herbs can be found. On the way, of course, we take a break and treat ourselves to a herbal snack. In addition, we make a simple herbal product together that you can take home.
