Kulinarische Lesung "Klimatopf"

Franziska Stöckli presents her future-oriented, sustainable, enjoyable recipe book in the library. Afterwards, delicious appetizers can be tasted in the claro shop and suitable products from the claro range can be purchased.

The Swiss Gourmet Week is a nationwide celebration of good food and will take place from 18 to 28 September 2025. It invites us to make culinary discoveries, to rethink our relationship with food, to arouse curiosity about the origin of our food and thus to promote the joy of eating.

With a variety of events such as tastings, markets, workshops or gourmet hikes, the week promotes appreciation for regional, seasonal and sustainably produced food. At the same time, it creates encounters between producers, restaurateurs and epicureans, thus raising awareness of a healthy, diverse and responsible food culture
