Kunst am Mittag zu Daniel Spoerris «Fallenbildern»

The Graubünden Art Museum is the only art museum in Switzerland to dedicate a memorial exhibition to Daniel Spoerri, the pioneer of Eat Art. With his death a year ago, the art world has lost an important artist and mediator.
Daniel Spoerri became internationally known with his "Trap Pictures": everyday objects that happen to be on a table are fixed to the surface and hung on the wall as a pictorial object. The "trap pictures" with the relics of a meal thus carry the story of the meeting of the various guests. Daniel Spoerri thus succeeded in combining art and life in a unique way.
