We serve tripe in two variations, classic "red" with tomato puree and caraway or "white" in a fine white wine-lemon sauce. In addition, you can expect a rich salad and appetizer buffet, buttered potatoes, and to

conclude, a sweet finale: optionally with Coupe Nesselrode or sweet cider crème.
