On the dates listed, with a minimum of 3 participants, the respective courses start at 10.15 a.m. at the cross-country ski trail entrance.

If required, the appropriate rental equipment can be obtained from the local sports shops.

Targeted exercises and corrections improve the sequence of movements, resulting in more dynamics, less effort and a noticeable "flow".
Courses are available for beginners as well as for advanced students, individually or in small groups.
