The German violinist Linus Roth and the Albanian/Croatian guitarist Petrit Çeku have released an extraordinary version of Antonio Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons". The duo presents the world-famous work for the first time in an arrangement for violin and guitar.

Vivaldi's cycle, originally composed in 1725 for solo violin and string ensemble, is one of the most frequently performed classics ever. Numerous arrangements already exist – but the collaboration between Linus Roth and Petrit Çeku brings forth a new chamber music timbre: intimate, transparent and surprisingly modern.

With their concerts and recording, the two musicians create a fresh perspective on a work that has shaped the world's concert stages for 300 years.
