MALENCO's sound lies on the border between danceable blues and dark country, digging its way to the cradle of Americana music. His tunes were voted the best country sound outside the USA by SRF in 2019, even though they are far removed from the usual Trump-Bush-Nashville sounds.

MALENCO plays live in the spirit of the alternative folk and country community - armed only with guitar, voice and harp. His view of the world, wrapped in stories, is so fascinatingly different and, for all its oddity, entertaining and touching.
